This website, the information and the services mentioned in it are operated by AOC.

Your data, will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the information that you already requested to receive from AOC, e.g. sending consumer information or newsletter subscription.

Furthermore, AOC processes anonymous data when visiting this website as follows.
a) Server Access log With each access to our website, certain technical data are logged on the basis to our legitimate interest in this processing according to Art. 6 (1) f GDPR: operating system, internet service provider, IP address of accessing computer, browser type, name of the accessed file(s), date and time of access. These data are stored to optimise our website’s stability - for the duration of a user’s session - and for security to identify and pursue attacks on or misuse of our website. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed to attain the objective for which they were collected. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer whenever you access the internet. It allows computers and servers to recognise and communicate with one another. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to conduct web site trend and performance analysis.
c) Contact form You may contact AOC directly via the online contact form. The personal data entered here (e.g. name, e-mail address) are processed in accordance with the statutory provisions for processing the request in accordance to Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Personal data is only collected by using our contact form voluntarily and with your explicit consent (declaration of consent). You will then be informed of the collection and use of this personal data at the appropriate point (contact form).
Your data, will be used exclusively for processing the information that you already requested to receive from AOC, e.g. sending consumer information or newsletter subscription. Any Personal Data obtained by AOC, is generally not being shared with third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AOC will retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. This is subject to statutory retention requirements. AOC employees are instructed to review the retention of personal data and to delete it, if necessary, periodically.
